How does the A1–C2 level scale work? |

It consists of six progressive levels, ranging from A1 (beginner) to C2 (near-native proficiency), including A2, B1, B2, and C1. At Prolingua, a placement test is conducted before the start of your training to accurately identify your level and ensure a learning experience tailored to your needs. |
Can I change groups if the level is not suitable ? |
Yes. A change of group is possible after your level has been reviewed and confirmed by your trainer. |
What is the EAQUALS accreditation and why is it important? |
EAQUALS (Evaluation and Accreditation of Quality Language Services) is a European quality label that certifies language training providers. For learners, it provides a clear guarantee that Prolingua is recognised for excellence in language education. |
Will I receive an attendance certificate or a certificate at the end of the course? |
A course certificate is sent by email together with your end-of-course documents once your training has been completed. |
